What is PDS CARES
Financial contributions by our owners are used to make discretionary gifts to various causes throughout the year. By involving our staff to weigh in on those organizations that they personally support, it also increases a sense of internal goodwill at PDS Planning and also helps embrace a giving spirit throughout our organization and community.
Why Do We Do It
It’s the right thing to do – and it’s personal. By developing and promoting our matching program, it supports our community. Further, it provides a sense of purpose for our team members. Each benefiting organization is personally selected by each team member, and that is important.

Our Impact
Through June 2021, the company has pledged over $100,000 in contributions while giving more than $53,000 to 90+ local charities.
PDS Planning was named to the 2020 Columbus Business First Corporate Citizenship Top 100 list. PDS came in as the 8th smallest company on the list of 100, making the accomplishment a true testament to the spirit of philanthropy that permeates the company and each of its employees.
