At PDS Planning, we utilize financial contributions from our owners to make discretionary donations to various causes throughout the year. Engaging our staff to offer their opinions on the charitable organizations they personally endorse, not only boosts internal morale, but also fosters a philanthropic culture throughout our organization.

Why Do We Do It

The PDS Cares program serves a dual purpose: First, it’s the right thing to do. Second, each PDS team member personally selects the organization they wish to benefit because it’s important to them. By encouraging and facilitating employee donations, we not only support our community, but also offer a sense of fulfillment to our team members. The fact that each team member personally chooses the organization they wish to contribute to is significant and reinforces the program’s importance.

Organizations We Have Supported

2023 is off to a great start, as we have been able to support many outstanding organizations doing important work in our community. To date, PDS Cares has provided financial support to:

  • University of Pittsburgh
  • METAvivor, Inc.
  • Ohio’s Hospice Loving Care
  • Stop the Suffering
  • Eternal Word Television Network
  • The Buckeye Ranch

In all, PDS Cares has contributed to over 100 organizations, many of which have received multiple contributions. Learn more about the impact PDS Cares has made in our community.
