As part of our 40th anniversary celebration, PDS Planning invited clients, colleagues, and community members to help us make an impact by voting for local nonprofits that reflect our shared values of service and community well-being.
After weeks of enthusiastic participation (thank you!), we are proud to announce that Dublin Food Pantry received the highest number of votes and will receive a $10,000 donation from PDS CARES, our charitable fund!
Stop the Suffering Animal Rescue and A Kid Again each will receive a $1,000 donation from PDS Cares. We appreciate each of the organizations for sharing the campaign with their constituents to encourage votes.

The Dublin Food Pantry
Since its beginning in a church closet over 50 years ago, the Dublin Food Pantry has evolved into a cornerstone of support for individuals and families in need who are residents of Dublin, Ohio or live within the Dublin City School District. The Pantry plays a vital role in providing food assistance, helping to reduce food insecurity, and strengthen our entire community.
The Dublin Food Pantry’s approach focuses not just on access to food, but also on community partnerships, health equity, and long-term sustainability. Executive Director, Julie Erwin Rinaldi emphasizes, “We’re not just handing out food; we deliver hope, dignity, and a sense of belonging. Every person who walks through our door deserves respect and compassion.“

In 2015, PDS Planning established PDS CARES, a charitable fund with The Columbus Foundation, to formalize and expand our firm’s community giving. Financial contributions from our employees are matched, creating a partnership of giving that amplifies our collective impact.
Through December 2024, PDS Planning has pledged over $172,000 in contributions and donated more than $105,000 to over 125 local charities.
