Identity Theft Client Education Event

On April 1st, PDS Planning hosted about 70 clients and friends for an Identity Theft workshop at the Fawcett Center on OSU’s campus. Danielle Murphy, from the Ohio Attorney General’s office talked with us about steps we can take on a daily basis to protect our identity, resources that are available to help monitor our information and what to do if our identity is stolen. It was a very informative session on a critical topic in today’s electronic environment. Each attendee went home with a workbook from the Federal Trade Commission that outlines necessary details to protect one’s identity.
